1. What Was Your Dream Job as a Child?
I loved science growing up, and I wanted to be a doctor. I wanted to work in medicine so that I could help people and study infectious diseases.
2. Why Did You Decide to Become a Real Estate Agent?
I decided to become a real estate agent so that I could help people's dreams come true. I love helping new people find their dream property in Santa Teresa. I also love to help sellers and friends sell their properties so that they can pursue other dreams that they have in this area or out of the country.
3. What Do You Love the Most About Being a Real Estate Agent?
I love meeting new people from all around the world every day. I like listening to their stories, o their needs/dreams, and helping them to find the right property in Santa Teresa.
4. What is the Biggest Challenge?
There are often unexpected issues that come up in the closing process. This can be really challenging as I look for creative solutions and try to keep everyone happy as we continue to move forward.
5. What is the Most Rewarding Aspect of Your Work?
The most rewarding aspect of my work is seeing that both buyers and sellers are happy after closing. It is amazing when both sides walk away with smiles on their faces, and to know that my client felt supported by me throughout the whole process.
6. What Do You Do in Your Free Time?
I spend my free time with my family, surfing, reading, and travelling.
7. If You Did Not Live in Costa Rica, Where Would You Want to Live?
Hawaii or somewhere in Asia. I lived in Taiwan for many years and would be happy to go back. I could also live on an island in Thailand.
8. What is Your Most Ambitious Goal in Life?
I would like to own several properties around the world, and I would like to travel to as many countries as I possibly can. I also try my best to have a healthy lifestyle, so that I can live into my 80s to see my children grow up and to meet my grandchildren (if there are any).
