I wake up at 4 am, where I work on meditation, spinning classes, and then a chapter per day of reading the usual business book of my choice. From 4 am to 7 am, I don’t use my cell phone because I focus merely on personal growth in those hours.
Since I woke up, I have a thirst to explore, a thirst to show listings, and a real thirst to close a deal.
Months ago, I would hear that when you love your work it doesn’t feel like one, I do love what I do on a daily basis and I still feel it’s my job but what has happened to me is I am so drawn it during the day that hours become seconds, customers end up being friends and houses become habitual homes you want to offer as life projects.
What takes my breath away from being a realtor, although I am quite young, is the ability to adapt to the wishes and needs of each customer and find them the perfect home to start their new “life project” as I call it, or “phase in life.”
When entering a residence, I overlook everything from floors to ceilings and how the light enters through each window. A house is supposed to be the place people spend decades in, so my goal on a daily basis is to make sure the next customer or family will love spending those decades in the house.
I currently operate in Escazu, Santa Ana, and sometimes in Sabana. I love Escazu because I was raised my whole life in this city and it offers a wide variety of gastronomy, social places, and nearby hotels.
The current situation is a market for sharks; that’s how I would describe it as a good time for investors and business people to invest in the right property at the right location, with also good price reductions on selected properties
