Social area has central AC system eventough the location and design of the house does not need it in this area. TV room includes sorround sound system and very tastefully design to spend hours and hours either watching tv or listening to your favorite music! Its design caters to the use of natural light and rays from sunrise and sunset does not affect enjoyment of social or private areas. The infinity pool is an awesome feature that the property has and includes jets to offer the feeling of a jacuzzi. The views are to the north and at a distance, sitting in the living room you can appreciate the mountains of Heredia, volcanoes and Juan Santamaria International Airport, located 25 minutes away. An inmense feeling or privacyd can be felt and a great advantage that the property has is the colindancy to a forest or protected area where nothing will be built. Sittin in the deck or inside the pool, there is noting in site excepto for the trees, clouds, sky and mountains at a distance. Maids quarters and service area are located in the first floor and as you move to the second floor, you will find the kitchen, the large party deck, the infinity pool, tv room, living room, and main bedroom. You can actually walk out of the shower and into the forest, direct and exact colindancy!
