Scott and Todd Cutter both made their way from Birmingham, Alabama in the late 1990s, inspired by the country’s natural beauty, welcoming atmosphere, and the sense that something remarkable was emerging. Todd initially established a travel business, later turning his focus to real estate, while Scott spent years managing a luxury boutique hotel before becoming a leading broker and developer in the region.
In 2004, they joined forces to launch 2Costa Rica Real Estate. More than two decades later, they head a team of 50 advisors across 10 regions, while continuing to take a hands-on approach with every client relationship.
