Meet Alexandra Vargas

I grew up in Palmares, Alajuela. I am an attorney and notary public, a profession that has allowed me to build a strong foundation in legal counsel, negotiation, and legal security, essential tools in the world of real estate. My background enables me to confidently guide my clients through the process of finding their ideal property, ensuring clarity and protection every step of the way.

 

I have lived in Jacó since 2018, where I have built my family life with the intention of raising my children close to the ocean and enjoying the lifestyle I always dreamed of surrounded by nature. Here, I have found the perfect balance between my professional career and my greatest priority: my family. My husband, Vini, and our three children are my driving force and daily inspiration.

 

I love spending quality time with them, exploring new destinations, connecting with nature, and discovering the beauty of Costa Rica. I am passionate about diving, photography, and everything related to the ocean. This passion allows me to offer my clients not only information about a property, but a true lifestyle experience.

 

I firmly believe that Costa Rica is one of the most beautiful countries in the world, offering extraordinary natural richness and unique opportunities for both living and investing.
