Meet Andres Murillo

He was born and raised in San José, Costa Rica, and graduated from Universidad Latina with a double major in Business Administration as well as Marketing.

 

At the age of 21, inspired by career opportunities and a significant uptick in ecotourism, Andres relocated to Guanacaste's key beach town: Playa Tamarindo. There, he began to work with one of the region's most prolific developers - Grupo Diria. After taking roles assisting the company's Director in property acquisitions, working in strategic development initiatives, securing permitting, and overseeing construction and sales, Andres found his passion in Real Estate, and has spent the last decade becoming one of the region's most reputable Brokers and trusted Real Estate Advisors.

 

Specializing and representing Real Estate transactions that span over 100 kilometers of Guanacaste's Gold Coast, Andres has had one key focus over the past 10 years — to create long-lasting relationships with his clients, be it an international family looking to relocate to paradise or European developers seeking lucrative investment opportunities. Today, many of Andres's clients are now close friends to him, relationships built on the foundation of trust and unrivaled professional representation. Many clients have opted to do more than one transaction with Andres's representation, as he will always do everything in his power to secure the idyllic opportunity and optimize their investment objectives.

 

With a passion for entrepreneurship, complementing his flourishing Real Estate career, Andres has also overseen a property management company, a Hotel, and his successful rental properties ''Casa Maui'' and "Casa Numu.''

 

As an expert Real Estate Liaison with robust asset management knowledge, Andres chose to invest his own capital into outstanding return on investment properties. From acquisition to development, property management to marketing, Andres managed the construction of his own homes, as well as oversaw renovations of his clients' newly purchased properties, with the goal of making them lucrative vacation rentals and appreciating real estate assets.

 

In his personal time, Andres is a global citizen who has traveled the world to learn about cultures and of course, surf some of the best waves in and out of Costa Rica. With an emphasis on studying spirituality, humility, and balance in life, Andres has a passion for mindful practices and continuous self-work.
