Meet Felipe Pozuelo

My journey into real estate is rooted in a desire to connect people with places that inspire them and to create developments that respect both community and environment. With a degree in Industrial Engineering and a Master’s in Sustainable Business and Innovation from EADA Business School in Barcelona, I bring a unique blend of analytical skills and forward-thinking vision to the industry.

 

Engineering taught me how to design systems that work efficiently and sustainably, while my business studies deepened my commitment to innovation and long-term value creation. These foundations allow me to see real estate not only as properties and transactions but as opportunities to craft spaces where people can truly thrive.

 

Beyond my education, my life has always been shaped by a deep connection to nature and the ocean. With over 20 years dedicated to surfing, alongside practices like yoga, meditation, and breathwork, I’ve learned the importance of flow, balance, and resilience — qualities I carry into my professional life. Just as the ocean requires respect, patience, and adaptability, so too does real estate.

 

Thanks to surfing, I have managed to explore most of my country's coastline, helping me have a better understanding of the best locations we have to offer, also understanding how surfing has helped to shape our real estate market and tourism industry.

 

Through 2Costarica, I aim to bridge my professional expertise with my personal values, building projects that honor people, protect the planet, and generate lasting prosperity. For me, real estate is more than business — it’s about creating spaces that tell a story, cultivate community, and leave a legacy for future generations.
