Meet Josie Green

She is originally from the UK, but has been living in the Santa Teresa area for over 16 years and working in Real Estate for the last 10 years.

 

Josie has a background in banking and finance. Before moving to Costa Rica, she worked for a boutique corporate finance firm in London, which was part of the Bank of Ireland Group. As with so many people, Josie fell in love with Santa Teresa whilst on a two-week vacation, during which she wanted to learn to surf and take in all the natural beauty of the coast line. She was drawn by the rugged beauty of the beaches, the wonderful waves and the healthy lifestyle that Santa Teresa had to offer. After a number of repeat visits, she decided to pack up her life in London and make a permanent move to Costa Rica in 2009.

 

Initially, Josie worked in Property Management in Santa Teresa and then ten years ago started in real estate, becoming a founding partner of Langston Realty (later to become 2Costa Rica Santa Teresa). Over the years, she has helped many individuals and families find their perfect home here on the coast, and guide them through the process of purchasing property in Costa Rica.
