Meet Lineth Solano

She is proudly TICA, with more than 25 years of experience in real estate, and a solid background in hospitality and property management for vacation homes in the Quepos and Manuel Antonio area, where she lived for over 20 years, and more recently in San José where she is from. She has been involved in major real estate developments, where she has gained a deep understanding of the real estate market and a client-centered approach tailored to the unique needs of each customer.

 

In addition to her professional dedication, Lineth is a mother of two young men, a devoted aunt, and a passionate cyclist, which has led her to organize sporting events and preside over ACONVIVIR, an NGO that promotes safety and peaceful coexistence on the roads. Her commitment to community welfare is also reflected in her active participation in projects like reforestation, demonstrating her love for nature and her responsibility to the environment, activities she enjoys in her free time. She loves music and adventuring on her bike to all the destinations she has the chance to travel to.

 

Lineth is constantly learning, seeking new skills in marketing, sales, gardening, and interior design, ensuring that her clients always receive up-to-date and high-quality service. With a service-oriented focus, many of her clients have become lifelong friends.
