Meet Pablo Cardoza

He was born in San José, Costa Rica, in 1979. He moved to Guanacaste with his lovely wife Carolina and his son Pablo de Jesús when the pandemic broke out in April 2020, not only seeking for a more tranquil environment, but to follow their passion for the beach and their dream of living in the beautiful Guanacaste area.

 

Pablo is a seasoned pharmacist with extensive experience in sales, marketing, and leadership roles within multinational pharmaceutical companies, including AstraZeneca, GSK, and Novartis. Throughout his career, Pablo has managed large teams across diverse cultural environments and has worked internationally in the UK, Colombia, Guatemala, and the United States (as an exchange student).

 

In January 2023, he decided to follow his other passion, the real estate industry. Pablo has invested in real estate assets since 2005 in Guanacaste and has developed a couple of luxury spec homes during that period. This knowledge plus his know-how in sales, marketing, and leadership roles, provides him with a very interesting background that is very useful within the real estate industry.

 

Known for his analytical approach and results orientation, Pablo excels at building genuine client relationships and delivering exceptional service, supported by his strong background in top management.
