Todd and Scott Cutter both arrived from Birmingham, Alabama in the late 1990s — drawn by the country's natural beauty, its warmth, and the feeling that something special was taking shape here. Todd built a travel business before channeling that passion into real estate. Scott spent years running a luxury boutique hotel before becoming one of the region's most active brokers and developers. In 2004, they combined their expertise and founded 2Costa Rica Real Estate. Twenty-three years later, they lead a team of 50 agents across 10 regions — and still personally oversee every client relationship.
